How we handle the information you send us

This page explains what the FizzTech Consultancy website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Work we do for a client practice, including any access to its systems or patient records, is covered by the written agreements we sign with that practice.

What we collect

When you request a consultation. We receive what you type into the form: your name, role, work email and phone number, how and when you prefer to be contacted, your practice’s name, state, specialty, size, systems and current billing setup, the services and challenges you select, and any message you add.

When you browse. We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.

In your browser. The site stores two small settings on your device, not cookies: whether you turned the site sound on, and whether you have already seen the opening animation during this visit.

Please don’t send patient information

The consultation form, WhatsApp and Instagram are not the place for protected health information (PHI). Tell us about your practice, not about patients. If patient information reaches us through these channels, we delete it and ask you to use a secure channel agreed at onboarding.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your request, arrange the consultation and prepare for it. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who else can see it

The people at FizzTech who handle your request, and the service providers that run this website and our communication tools, such as Vercel for hosting and analytics. They process it on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep consultation requests only for as long as we need them to follow up with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Message us on Instagram at @FizzTechConsultancy and we will reply within one business day.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
